MID - WEEK
Midweek can often feel draining, leaving you feeling hesitant to prioritize yourself due to guilt. I can relate; I once felt guilty for focusing on my own needs while trying to take care of my family. It's important to strike a balance. You don't have to neglect your loved ones, but carving out time for yourself is essential. Consider waking up a little earlier or staying up for a quiet moment after everyone else has gone to bed. I highly recommend the early morning approach – it can set a positive tone for your day and significantly enhance your well-being. Remember, you shouldn't feel guilty for pursuing your own happiness. Many of us, myself included, have grown accustomed to putting others first, often neglecting our own needs in the process. This year, make it a priority to focus on yourself. If it resonates with you, consider doing this journey with Jesus by your side, but ultimately it's your choice. Take the initiative to nurture your mind, and the body and soul will follow. Prioritizing yourself is a step toward healing and fulfillment.
